Introduction

This page identifies the third-party service providers authorized by Keep Aware, Inc. ("Keep Aware") to act as Subprocessors in connection with the delivery of Keep Aware Products. These Subprocessors may process Customer Data, which may include Personal Data, for the purposes of infrastructure hosting, data management, or support services.

Keep Aware maintains written agreements with each Subprocessor that include confidentiality obligations and data protection safeguards appropriate to the scope of processing performed. Keep Aware evaluates each Subprocessor’s privacy and security practices prior to engagement and as part of an ongoing risk management process.

Changes to Subprocessor List

Keep Aware may update this Subprocessor list from time to time. Customers may request to receive notifications of material changes by emailing security@keepaware.com. Customers may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable grounds relating to data protection by submitting a written objection to security@keepaware.com.
